This system was designed and custom developed for Krukowski Stone in Mosinee Wisconsin to handle up to 600 GPM with a fluctuating percentage of solids in the water and the need to operate over the weekends when no operators are present.

To adjust and compensate for the fluctauting amount of solids in the water the system was designed with sensor that detects the total suspended solids in the sump pit and adjusts the amount of flocculant accordingly in order to create large savings in flocculant use.

Since this system needs to run 24 hours a day it was also designed witha back-up pump in the sump pit to ensure that down time is eliminated and that the system can operate on its own through the weekend when there is little or no operators on site.
